Statistics

The service allows you to view various statistics on the number of comments/messages, handling time, as well as on the number and type of actions of each user to monitor the efficiency.

Note that full statistics are available for users with theAdministratorandAnalystrights.
Other users can view the Comments and Posts, Tags, Posts, and My Actions statistics tabs.
