Customer satisfaction index (CSI)

If your environment has the ability to send a request for a service quality assessment connected, the statistics on the assessments received from customers will be displayed in the statistics in theCSItab .

Please note that this feature is available only for users on Team and Business billing plans!

Statistics for the customer satisfaction index

For each index, data are presented as a number and percentage of the total number of assessments received.
The resulting score data can be analyzed for individual social profiles or by users who submitted a request. User and social profiles statistics can be exported to CSV for independent analysis.

By clicking on a figure in a table or graph, you will see direct messages with the selected score and can open a specific dialog for analysis.
