Facebook Social profile connection
You can connect a public Facebook page for social listening.
To connect correctly, you must be anadmin of this page.
The service can listen
- direct messages to the page
- comments under your posts
- @mentions in public posts (with the ability to reply from the service)
- @mentions in comments under other people's posts (without the ability to reply from the service)
To connect
- Go toSettings - Social Profilesand click the "Add social profile" button in the desiredcompany
- In the window that opens, click the "Add" button next to Facebook
- Select the activities that the service will listen
- Then click the "Continue with Facebook" button and authorize with the required profile
If you are logged in with some account in the Facebook web version, it will be automatically selected in the authorization window.
- Grant the app access to all requested permissions and click the "Continue" button
Please note!
If you are connecting several Facebook pages to the service, you need to grant the requested permissions for all pages being connected at once.That is, you should not uncheck the permissions for accounts that have already been connected previously or select permissions for each page separately.
Otherwise, problems may occur with the correct operation of the service.
- Select the desired Facebook page from the drop-down list

- If you need to load older inquiries, use the "Select a period to load existing data" block and select the desired period from the drop-down list
Please note that the full history of inquiries is not loaded.
Technical limitations allow loading messages and comments no older than 7 days and no more than 100 items in random order.

- Click the "Add social profile" button
Done! The account is now connected, and all new comments, messages, and mentions will appear in Angry.Space.
