User settings
InSettings - My Settings, you can customize your familiar keyboard shortcuts as well as default filters.
There are 5 types of filtering available: by request statuses, by social profiles, by companies, by sources andby tags. Filters will allow you to organize the user experience as conveniently as possible if several operators are simultaneously working with different social profiles or content types.
Please note that by default, comments and direct messages appear in the feed and open in order from newest to oldest (newest at the top).
If you want to process them in reverse order (from old to new), use the "Old First" switch at the bottom of the page. This is relevant when there is a large flow of requests, so as not to make the customer wait for a long time for a response.
