Instagram connection errors related to social profile status and page connection

In order to successfully connect your Instagram social profile to Angry.Space,a few conditionsmust be met. Otherwise, you won't see your social profile in the pop-up list when youconnect.

Your Instagram social profile must be a business or creator social profile.

A business social profile differs from a regular social profile with an expanded set of features, as well as the ability to link the social profile to a public Facebook page.
Only professional social profiles can be connected to Angry.Space, personal pages cannot be connected!

To convert your profile to a business social profile:

• Go to your profile and tap the menu icon in the top right corner of the screen

• Click Settings and privacy - Account type and tools - Switch to professional account

• Click Continue, select a category for your company and click Done

• Select the social profile type, provide contact details and click Next

• Connect your business social profile to a Facebook Page that represents your company.
  To do this, follow the instructions on the screen. Currently, only one Facebook Page can be connected to a professional social profile.

Your Instagram social profile must be linked to a public Facebook page.

In order to properly connect your Instagram social profile to the service, itmust be linked to a public Facebook page of which you are the admin.You can only connect one Facebook page to a professional social profile, but you can create multiple pages within a single Facebook social profile if you have multiple Instagram social profile.

If you did not link a public page to your business profile when you created it, do the following:

• Go to your Instagram profile
• Select Edit Profile
• In the Public business information section, select Page
• Click Change or create page

• Select one of your Pages or click Create Facebook Page
• Once you're done, click Done

If you don't see the Page you want in the pop-up menu in your user profile, you may not be Admin. Check your Page settings to make sure you have rights to add it to your Instagram business profile.
