TikTok Social profile connection
At the moment, the service can collect and process:
- Comments under published videos (with the ability to reply from the service)
- Mentions in public posts (without the ability to reply)
Unfortunately, obtaining the TikTok API for processing direct messages is not yet possible.
As soon as this feature becomes available, we will implement direct message processing through the service.
Please note!
It's technically impossible to collect comments from TikTok in real-time; therefore, they may appear in the service with a delay of up to 20-30 minutes.Also, due to restrictions on TikTok's side, the connection will not be available during the trial period!
To add a new account:
- Go toSettings - Social profilesand click on the "Add Social profile" button with the required company
- Click the "Add" button next to TikTok
- Select the activities that the service will listen and click "Authorize with TikTok"
- Log in to your account and allow the app to access all the requested permissions
- Click "Continue" Done! Your TikTok account has been successfully connected.
Please note!
TikTok accounts require re-authorization one year after connection!
The service currently displays a warning about the need to re-authorize three weeks before the expiration date.TikTok accounts require re-authorization one year after connection!
The administrator will also receive email notifications about the need to re-authorize the account two weeks, seven days, three days, and one day before.
