Why can't I connect the page?

You must be an admin of the page you want to listen. If you have "Editor" or "Moderator” access rights, you wont be able to join the page. If a page is already connected to social listening, trying to reconnect it will display an error, even if the page was connected by one of your colleagues. If other errors occur during connection, contact us in any convenient way and we will help.
